Gestion Zagora is a young and dynamic company specializing in property management. Operating for more than five years, the company currently owns and manages several rental properties, primarily in Montreal and on the South Shore of Montreal. As the company continues to grow, we are looking to expand our team and reach new heights. We are currently looking for a full-time Leasing Agent to join our property management team in Montreal. You will play an essential role as a key contributor to the team. Experience and/or an interest in real estate is an asset. Relevant education or training in real estate is also an asset. The successful candidate must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in both French and English. Main Responsibilities * Lease vacant apartments within the property * Assess and understand clients’ needs * Follow up with and support new tenants throughout the onboarding process * Stay up to date with the local rental market * Schedule appointments * Prepare leasing activity reports and handle renewal requests as needed * Conduct property tours and negotiate lease agreements * Prepare and draft lease agreements * Respond to tenants’ needs in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner * Prospect for potential clients by phone, networking, and email to build and strengthen business relationships Candidate Profile * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Professionalism and a strong sense of ethics * Strong sense of responsibility and organization * Excellent time management and ability to prioritize * Initiative, autonomy, attention to detail, and strong work ethic * Energetic and able to work effectively as part of a team * Ability to work well under pressure What We Offer * A young, collaborative team that encourages knowledge sharing and a friendly work environment * Close collaboration with management and openness to new ideas * Comprehensive training * Group insurance benefits Benefits * Dental insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * Vision insurance Job Type Full-time Commuting / Relocation Montreal, QC: Must be able to reliably commute to the workplace or plan to relocate before starting the position (required).
