Strategic Sourcing: Utilize traditional and non-traditional methods (career fairs, community networking, and social media) to attract top-tier talent. Offer Management: Deliver and explain offer letters, including details on benefits, compensation, and corporate policies. Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with local employment laws. Systems Management: Maintain accurate candidate data and activity within our Applicant Tracking System (Workday). What You Bring To The Table Experience: 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within operational or industrial sectors. Education: 4-year College Degree (B.A.) preferred. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities. Adaptability: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines under limited supervision.
