What You Bring to the Table * Positive attitude and passionate about Making People Happy. * Customer service focused – you’re always looking for ways to go above and beyond. * Ability to keep a calm and cool composure. * Excellent communication with team members and guests. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * 19+ years old. * Serving it Right certified. * Hospitality experience is an asset. Your Days Will Look Like * Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming, high-energy first impression. * Manage entry flow, queues, and guest capacity to ensure a safe and efficient environment. * Verify identification and enforce all liquor laws and venue policies. * Monitor the floor and entrance area, maintaining awareness of guest behaviour and overall safety. * Support service flow by assisting clearing/resetting tables, bussing, food running and helping the bar and server team as needed. * Professionally address guest concerns and confidently de-escalate situations when required. * Promote Après Passes and TAG experiences to enhance guest engagement. * Perform other duties as reasonably assigned to support venue operations. Requirements

Candidates must be at least 19 years old and hold a Serving it Right certification. Previous hospitality experience is considered an asset, along with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
