The Opportunity The legendary Longhorn Saloon is looking for confident, guest-focused individuals to join our Front of House team as Hosts. As one of Whistler's most iconic après destinations, Longhorns is known for its high-energy atmosphere, unforgettable guest experiences, and world-famous patio parties. In this role, you'll be a key part of managing the guest experience from the door to the floor, helping keep the venue safe, organized, and running smoothly during busy service. This is a great fit for someone who is confident in a high-pressure environment, comfortable enforcing venue policies, and enjoys being active and engaged with guests throughout their shift. What You'll Bring * A positive attitude and passion for Making People Happy * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced environments * Confidence enforcing policies while maintaining a welcoming guest experience * Team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed * Must be 19+ years of age * Serving It Right certification required * Previous hospitality, security, or customer service experience is considered an asset What your days will look like: * Welcome guests and manage venue entry and exit * Verify identification and ensure compliance with venue policies * Monitor guest capacity and support crowd management * Maintain awareness of guest behaviour and address concerns proactively * Enforce venue policies while keeping interactions professional and respectful * Support the floor team by assisting with cleanliness and table resets * Help maintain a safe, organized, and energetic environment * Professionally de-escalate situations and involve management when required * Assist with venue closing and reset procedures Sound like a fit?
