Job summary

Position Overview The Landscape Design and Sales professional will be responsible for developing client relationships, preparing estimates, and creating attractive landscape designs. The person will be highly motivated and highly involved in all aspects of sales to achieve aggressive growth in residential and commercial markets. Responsibilities Meet with residential and commercial clients to understand their landscaping needs Design landscape projects using industry-standard software Prepare 3D renderings and proposals Achieve sales goals Ensure high level of client satisfaction Collaborate with the operations team to deliver projects on time and within budget Manage marketing Represent the company in a professional manner Other responsibilities as required to advance the company’s objectives Requirements Sufficient landscape design experience and ability Experience and working knowledge of Pro Landscape and/or similar program(s) Ability to produce 3D renderings Experience using industry specific software such as Aspire (preferred) Ability to accurately estimate time and material usage for landscaping projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver’s license Good knowledge of local plants, trees, and hardscape materials Snow and ice management experience (preferred) Compensation & Benefits Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission Health insurance Simple IRA with 3% match PTO Cell phone Professional development assistance
