Job Title: Amazon Connect Developer – Contact Center & Salesforce Location: Canada – Remote Employment Type: Contract Work Model: 100% Remote Job Description: Design, develop, configure, and support Amazon Connect contact center solutions, including IVR, call routing, queues, contact flows, and self-service capabilities. Develop and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud Voice integrations with Amazon Connect, ensuring seamless customer and agent experiences across contact center platforms. Build and integrate APIs, REST services, webhooks, and enterprise systems connecting Amazon Connect, Salesforce, and other business applications. Develop advanced IVR and self-service solutions, including call flows, prompts, routing logic, customer authentication, and automated customer interactions. Develop serverless contact center solutions using AWS Lambda, Python/Node.js, Amazon Lex, DynamoDB, and other AWS services where required. Implement automation, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes to support reliable Amazon Connect and Salesforce releases. Work extensively with Salesforce Service Cloud, including Apex, APIs, objects, Omni-Channel, integrations, and contact center/voice functionality. Utilize Terraform, Azure DevOps, Git, and other DevOps tools for infrastructure automation, source control, deployment, and environment management. Troubleshoot complex contact center, telephony, Salesforce integration, API, and production issues, while optimizing performance, reliability, and customer experience. Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, deployment procedures, integration specifications, and operational runbooks, while collaborating independently with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
