About the Role We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, can think on their feet, and is comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Respond to emails in a timely and organized manner Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and service requests Schedule quotes, service calls, and installations Prepare and follow up on quotes and work orders Process orders, invoices, and payments Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and clients Maintain accurate records in scheduling and job management systems Provide general office support, including filing, organization, Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the office, lunchroom, and washroom areas What We’re Looking For Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment Clear and professional communication (written and verbal) Reliable and able to follow through on tasks independently Comfortable learning new systems and processes Qualifications Minimum high school diploma Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred Experience in construction, trades, or service industries is an asset Proficient with computers, email, and basic office software Additional Information Full-time, permanent position (5 days per week) Occasional weekend work may be required How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a short message telling us why you would be a good fit for this role.
