About The Role Reporting to the Manager, Commercial, the Senior Engineering Supervisor, Projects is accountable for safely delivering a portfolio of capital projects for Greenhills Operations on time and within budget. The role leads a multidisciplinary project team through all stages, from pre-scoping to closeout, and coordinates internal resources, external contractors and consultants to meet project objectives. Project scopes include infrastructure, earthworks, structural, mechanical and electrical work in both the mine and the processing plant. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across functions to plan and execute both large and small projects. Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 10 years of work experience, including at least three years in a project management capacity covering engineering, permitting, procurement, and construction. Heavy industrial experience, a PMP designation, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid Class 5 driver's license or equivalent are specified as assets or requirements.
