We currently have an exciting opportunity for compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aides to join our team across multiple sites in Ontario, including long-term care homes and community health facilities. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on patient care experience and a passion for supporting individuals with daily living needs. We welcome both English-speaking and French-speaking candidates, with bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply. As a Nurse Aide, you will provide essential support to patients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety. You will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals, contributing to a collaborative and patient-centered care environment. Provide residents / patients with mental illness direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility support, while promoting independence and comfort. Observe, report, and document changes in patient condition, including measuring vital signs as required, and assist with basic care procedures. Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols and promptly responding to patient needs. Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team, communicate effectively with patients and families, and support continuity of care through accurate reporting and shift handovers. Requirements Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate or equivalent healthcare training preferred Nursing diploma or degree also considered Proven work experience in long-term care or hospital settings is an asset Valid CPR/First Aid certification Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team English and/or French language proficiency (bilingual is an asset) Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Requirements
