Campaign Auditor – SFMC Location: Toronto, ON Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid – in office every Thursday and every fourth Friday of the month Contract Details Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension and conversion to FTE) Pay Rate: C$55.00–C$60.00 / Hour (CAD) Shift / Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Job Summary As the Campaign Auditor, you will be deeply involved in the end-to-end campaign development process, ensuring that every aspect of multiple automated customer journeys is thoroughly validated using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. You will lead the QA/QC efforts across various email and digital campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers and Developers, to validate the end-to-end campaign artifacts (Journey, Automation, Segments, Data extensions, Calculated Insights, Emails). Your role will involve developing and implementing processes for campaign audit execution, engaging with campaign stakeholders to understand their requirements, and ensuring solutions meet their needs. You will be accountable for ensuring that all campaigns meet quality standards and best practices before they are launched. You will ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines. Monitoring and tracking process issues, making recommendations to streamline, enhance, and improve overall processes, and troubleshooting issues to ensure the lead generation cycle remains on track will also be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities Validation: Ensure completeness of email and digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. Process Implementation: Develop and implement processes for campaign audit execution. Quality Assurance: Execute quality assurance on developed work and collaborate with the quality team to ensure all digital campaigns meet quality standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Understand campaign stakeholders' requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs. Initiative: Be a self-starter who can take the initiative to develop new processes. Defect Analysis: Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines. Collaboration: Collaborate with Project Management and Development staff through all stages of the project lifecycle. Process Monitoring: Monitor and track process issues, making recommendations to streamline, enhance, and improve overall processes. Campaign Process Improvements: Lead the development of campaign process improvements. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues to ensure the lead generation cycle remains on track and provide support to address client issues for immediate resolution. Operational Excellence: Ensure that all processes related to a campaign are met, capture necessary reporting metrics, and enforce proper housekeeping within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
