Data Analyst - Parallel Testing Location: Toronto, ON Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid — 1 day/week in office on Mondays Contract Details Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 16 months (with potential for extension; FTE conversion possible) Pay Rate: C$85.00–C$90.00 / Hour (CAD) Shift / Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support a large-scale system migration initiative. This role will focus on parallel testing of legacy and new systems to ensure a seamless transition with minimal impact to reporting and business operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and resolving data issues, validating data integrity, and collaborating with project teams to investigate discrepancies.
