Role Description This full-time, on-site Door to Door Sales Representative role is based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The representative will engage with potential customers at their residences, present products and services clearly, answer questions, and guide prospects through the sales process. Daily responsibilities include prospecting within assigned neighborhoods, delivering sales presentations, handling objections, and closing sales while maintaining a professional and respectful approach. The role involves meeting individual and team sales targets, accurately recording customer information, and providing feedback from the field to improve campaigns. Representatives may also participate in ongoing training, attend team meetings, and collaborate with supervisors to refine sales techniques and contribute to a positive, results-driven culture. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport in face-to-face interactions. Proven Sales skills with experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals in door-to-door or other direct sales environments. Sales Management and Training skills, such as mentoring peers, supporting onboarding, or contributing to the development of sales best practices. Familiarity with the Beauty Industry or consumer products is an asset, including understanding customer preferences and product positioning. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage time effectively. Reliable transportation within the Greater Toronto Area and willingness to work outdoors and travel locally as needed. High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused approach in all interactions. Previous experience in field sales, retail, or customer service preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent required.
