Customer Service Representative - Front Desk (Evenings – Closing) Part-Time | Gold’s Gym West Broadway Gold’s Gym is hiring a part-time Front Desk team member for evening closing shifts, with strong potential for growth. If you’re outgoing, reliable, and passionate about fitness and customer experience, we’d love to connect. About the Role Schedule: 3–4 days per week (16–24 hours) Availability: Thursday 5:15pm-11:15pm / Saturday 5:15pm-10:15pm - 1 Mid Shift Commitment: No extended travel/time off during the first 4 months What We’re Looking For Previous customer service experience - retail or other (required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Experience with cash handling and POS systems Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation or ability to commute easily Able to lift 50lbs First Aid certification (asset) Key Responsibilities Oversee front desk operations during evening closing shifts Ensure the facility is properly secured and prepared for the next day Greet and check in members and guests using proper procedures Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions Direct guests and appointments to appropriate staff efficiently Support guest check-in and onboarding processes Handle daily cash reconciliation accurately Assist the sales team with guest tours and membership support Support prospect and member outreach via calls, texts, and emails POS handling and end of night close out What We Offer A positive, collaborative team environment Complimentary gym membership Employee discounts on Gold’s Gym products and services Gold’s Gym British Columbia is an equal opportunity employer.
