Your role is to be friendly, helpful, and efficient, ensuring that each customer has a positive and memorable experience. Other tasks and duties you may perform include: • Manage transactions with customers using our POS system. • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate. • Take and prepare orders at the Good Kitchen front counter, including fresh food and beverage items. • Assist customers with menu questions and provide product recommendations. • Package and hand off prepared foods while ensuring quality and presentation standards. • Maintain clean and organized checkout and Good Kitchen counter areas. • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges. • Resolve customer concerns and provide helpful information about products and services. What you bring: • Strong communication and time management skills • Enthusiasm for informing customers about products, meals, and services • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Focus on customer satisfaction • Open availability for morning and closing shifts • While not required, previous retail, cashier, or food service experience is an asset Pay: $17.60 This posting is for an existing vacancy.
