You will be primarily responsible for picking orders and maintaining our online sales e-commerce orders. You will be required to will maintain a high level of product and service knowledge. Other tasks and duties may include: Check Orders for fraud, pending payment, etc. Discuss Order issues with Manager and resolve those Pick orders Print Invoices, check products for code dates, qty, etc and match those to invoice Pack orders, print shipping labels Ship orders using shipping carrier as advised by Manager Print and process shipping documentation as required Process refunds to the customer as required Monitor Customer Service emails and phone calls Other relevant duties as assigned by manager (e.g. receive and stock shipping supplies, etc.) Adapt communication style in order to deliver information effectively to a range of individuals What you bring: One year of experience in retail Proven sales ability with capability to meet and surpass targets and goals A high performer keen to take ownership and strive for excellence.
