What You Will Do: • Provide world-class customer service by helping customers, answering questions, and sharing your passion for our mission when greeting donors. • Sort donations into Goodwill's categories for processing • Maintain accurate daily counts of donors • Maintain acceptable product standards. • Follow Goodwill’s Policies and Health & Safety guidelines. • Contribute to teamwork with added activities • Help to keep the donor area look clean, organized and safe What We Are Looking For: • Enthusiasm: excited to work with other people and teams. • Flexibility: able to work at various times, including days, evenings, and weekends. • Any experience is welcome—we will help coach you to gain these workplace skills: Communication: effectively speaking with and listening to team members and customers to create a positive workplace. Problem-solving: finding solutions to problems, being accurate, and using simple math such as counting, adding and subtraction.
