Role Description The Automotive Service Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based at our Mississauga, ON location. This role involves greeting customers, listening to their concerns about their vehicle and accurately documenting service needs. The Service Advisor will prepare estimates, explain recommended repairs and maintenance, coordinate with technicians, and ensure services are completed on time. Daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing work orders, handling phone and in-person inquiries, and promoting appropriate products and services such as tires and maintenance packages. The role also focuses on delivering clear communication, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and supporting a smooth, efficient shop workflow. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships. Foundational technical understanding of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair in order to explain services and recommendations clearly to customers. Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers, technicians, and team members. Prior experience in an automotive service dealership, or tire shop environment is an asset. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized throughout the day is a must. Must have comfort using shop management software, point-of-sale systems, and basic office tools. Must have a high level of professionalism, reliability, with attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is a must.

Requirements
