The Citizen Experience branch within Digital Design and Delivery (DDD) is accountable for supporting ministry programs through the planning, development, delivery and operations of user-centered common platform services. The branch builds and develops common platforms and data services that enable product teams to deliver working software that meets the needs of their users.Role Responsibilities The Citizen Experience branch is looking for a Junior Business Analyst. Reporting to the Manager, Technical Standards, this position supports branch and divisional priorities through communications support, issues analysis, governance and policy support, reporting, coordination, and operational awareness.This position works across the branch to build working knowledge of Citizen Experiences’ services, initiatives, operating context, and priorities. The role also supports information gathering, issue tracking, document development, recurring business-cycle materials, and branch processes that contribute to accountability and continuity. The responsibilities of this role include: Developing briefing notes, reports, presentations, and executive correspondence. Translating complex technical and operational information into clear, audience-focused content. Coordinating stakeholder input to deliver accurate and timely communications materials. Monitoring and tracking emerging issues, risks, priorities, and leadership action items. Preparing governance, policy, and decision-support documentation for executive review. Maintaining issue, status, and reporting trackers to support branch operations and accountability. Leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline research, analysis, drafting, and documentation processes. Qualifications Requirements: A university degree in a related field (e.g., Public Policy, Information Studies, Business, Public Administration, Political Science, Computer Sciences).
