Job summary

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to support large‑scale enterprise and government initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable Salesforce solutions, contributing across the full SDLC, and working in complex, multi‑system environments. What you’ll do Design, develop, and maintain dynamic Salesforce applications aligned with business and legislative requirements. Contribute to all phases of the Agile SDLC, including active participation in scrum ceremonies. Perform requirements analysis, solution design, unit testing, defect resolution, and enhancements. Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Provide technical guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams. Present solution demos and provide ongoing status reporting. What you bring Strong experience with Salesforce development and configuration. Hands‑on knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, etc.). Solid understanding of Lightning App Builder, Communities, Email configurations. Experience with security and access controls (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules). Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment tools (Change Sets, Scratch Orgs, Unlocked Packages, Jenkins). Comfortable working in regulated, enterprise environments with documentation standards.

Requirements
