Your Impact Starts Here Graham is actively recruiting for a Director, Power Services Operations to lead the growth and performance of our Power Services business across Alberta. Reporting to the Vice President, Power Services, this role is responsible for driving operational excellence, business growth, and client success across transmission, distribution, substation, and utility infrastructure projects and programs. The Director partners with clients, operational leaders, and key stakeholders to expand Graham's market presence, secure and deliver strategic agreements, and ensure safe, profitable, and successful project execution. This role blends strong business leadership with operational expertise to support the continued growth of Power Services in the Alberta market. Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute regional growth strategies that expand Graham's Power Services footprint and strengthen market position across Alberta. Lead Market Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities with utility providers, industrial customers, renewable energy developers, and public-sector clients. Expand Strategic Agreements: Support the pursuit, negotiation, and successful delivery of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), standing offers, and long-term utility contracts. Build Client Relationships: Develop trusted partnerships with utility providers, industry stakeholders, Indigenous communities, subcontractors, and key decision-makers. Lead Operational Performance: Oversee the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of transmission, distribution, substation, utility maintenance, and electrical infrastructure projects. Optimize Resources & Execution: Provide leadership for workforce planning, resource allocation, fleet utilization, project delivery, and operational readiness across multiple programs and geographic regions. Champion Continuous Improvement: Leverage performance metrics, operational best practices, and lessons learned to improve productivity, execution, and client satisfaction. Develop High-Performing Teams: Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence. The Right Tools for the Job Education: Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Electrical Technology, or a related field. Equivalent industry experience will be considered. Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within electrical utility, transmission and distribution, powerline construction, utility services, or related infrastructure sectors. Operational Leadership: Proven experience leading multi-project operations with accountability for execution, resource management, financial performance, and client satisfaction. Business Development: Demonstrated success securing new work, growing client relationships, and supporting strategic market expansion initiatives. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of transmission, distribution, substations, utility maintenance programs, outage planning, restoration activities, and utility operations. Technical & Functional Skills: Strong financial acumen, contract management, stakeholder engagement, business planning, negotiation, and operational leadership capabilities. Knowledge of Alberta utility markets and regulatory environments is considered a strong asset. Working Conditions Work Arrangement: Field and office-based role supporting operations, business development, client engagement, and project delivery activities across Alberta. Travel Requirements: Frequent travel throughout Alberta and to project sites, with occasional travel outside the province to support broader Power Services initiatives. Work Environment: Regular interaction with field operations, utility clients, industry stakeholders, and project teams. Requirements

Requires 15 or more years of progressive leadership experience in electrical utilities, transmission and distribution, powerline construction, utility services, or related infrastructure, with a record of leading multi-project operations and growing business. A degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, business, electrical technology, or a related field is sought, though equivalent industry experience may be considered; strong financial, contract, stakeholder, and utility-market knowledge is also expected.
