Reporting to the Senior Proposal Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end proposal activities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and client-focused submissions (e.g., RFPs, RFIs). The incumbent supports the proposal process by planning and managing schedules, coordinating inputs across cross-functional teams, and developing clear, cohesive narratives by integrating written, verbal, and graphic content. This role also oversees internal deliverables, facilitates proposal meetings and reviews, ensures accuracy and consistency of submissions, and contributes to team planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Coordinate proposal activities from initiation to submission, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and delivery of high-quality, client-focused responses (RFPs, RFIs) Develop and manage proposal schedules and compliance matrices, tracking deliverables, updating timelines, and ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business unit stakeholders, assigning responsibilities, gathering inputs, and supporting the development of proposal content Edit and refine proposal narratives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a unified voice across submissions by integrating written, verbal, and graphic content Support and facilitate proposal processes and meetings, including kick-offs and reviews, while maintaining document control, accuracy, and adherence to internal proposal standards (GMS) The Right Tools for the Job Education & Experience: Post-secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree, with 2–3 years of relevant experience; construction industry experience is preferred Skills & Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate proposal processes, manage deadlines, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment Technical Proficiency: Graphic design experience.
