Grand Touring Automobiles is looking for a Super Luxury Parts Clerk to join their team! Have we sparked some interest? Read on!! Duties Manage all incoming and outgoing parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, inventory counts, and reporting inventory discrepancies. Source and locate parts from external suppliers when inventory is unavailable. Process customer, technician, and service department parts orders in person, by phone, and electronically. Ensure accurate billing, payment processing, and documentation for all parts transactions. Identify the correct replacement parts using electronic catalogues, parts manuals, vehicle specifications, and customer information. Provide knowledgeable customer service by explaining product features, warranties, and suitable replacement or alternative parts. Inspect returned parts, process exchanges and refunds, and coordinate warranty and manufacturer returns. Prepare, package, and ship parts to manufacturers and other locations while maintaining accurate records. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe parts department in accordance with company standards, loss prevention procedures, and Health & Safety policies. Merchandise and organize inventory, including stocking shelves, labeling products, and maintaining displays. Assist with emergency parts deliveries using a company vehicle when required.
