Candidates must have post-secondary education in a relevant technical or business field and at least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in electrical distribution utilities. Proficiency in the Utility Work Protection Code, operational technologies like SCADA/OMS, and demonstrated leadership in emergency response are essential.
