Our Production Worker is a great entry position into the world of manufacturing, with lots of room for growth! Qualifications and Skills: * Must be able to work with a team and contribute to the team * Effective communication skills and ability to follow written instructions * Ability to perform repetitive work and moderate physical exertion * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work accurately and efficiently * Good attention to details & ability to follow policies/procedures * Eye for efficiency and thrives in a continuous improvement culture * Strong attention to the safety of self and others Core Responsibilities: * Ensure that materials are labeled correctly and accurately * Restack finished and stripped product as required * Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing and all continuous improvement initiatives * Help monitor production waste, work as part of a team to find root causes for defective and follow best practices to improve quality * Ensure the production area is kept clean and orderly at all times * Perform other manufacturing projects/duties as requested by the production supervisor GLBC is fully committed to two things – our employees and our customers.
