Services we provide to our clients include the following: income replacement benefit SABs reports (IRB), loss of income reports, pension loss calculations, present value calculations, vocational assessments, family law disputes, forensic accounting, business valuations and business interruption reports. Job Summary The Senior Manager, Litigation Support position reports directly to the President & COO and is responsible for managing the Accident Benefits Division at the firm. The candidate would be responsible for managing a team of case manages, which help facilitate file flow from clients and signing off on income replacement benefit SABs reports. The role would also have the ability to work in other service areas, experience dependent. This role requires strong analytical skills, team management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Please note that the candidate must posses a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) AND a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). The ideal candidate will have a proven record of providing credible, defensible expert analyses in complex financial disputes. Key Responsibilities Experience in SABs reports, specifically income replacement benefit reports within Ontario Prepare and review economic loss reports for use in litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Provide independent, objective financial opinions in accordance with professional standards. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure clarity and defensibility of expert findings. Testify in court or arbitration as an expert witness, when required. Maintain detailed documentation supporting all findings and conclusions. Managing a team of office administrators to facilitate the flow of Income Replacement Benefit reports Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree or college diploma Designation as a CBV (Chartered Business Valuator) and CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) required. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in litigation support, forensic accounting, or economic loss quantification. Prior trial or arbitration testimony experience is preferred. Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills. Familiarity with standards of practice for expert financial testimony and valuation reporting. Preferred Experience Experience with personal injury loss of income reporting, business interruption, commercial litigation, or insurance-related loss claims. Previous collaboration with law firms, insurers, or forensic accounting practices. Knowledge of industry valuation tools and case law precedents.
