In this position, you will: Report to the Finance Manager and provide financial administrative services in the Accounts Payable area. Prepare and process accounts payable invoices, costing, and other related accounting activities. Ensure all expenditures are accurate and vendors are paid within established time frames. Oversee the central inventory process to ensure appropriate levels of stock are on hand for site distribution. Reconcile computer balances to vendor statements. Prepare invoices for data entry. Perform other duties as required. What will be required for the position: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English. Ability to maintain high accuracy in preparing and entering data. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Diploma/certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping (preferred) 1-3 years' previous experience working in accounting. (preferred) Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check. Must be bondable.
