Benefits In-house training Benefit packages Opportunities for advancement within the company Use of company vehicle Job Description We are looking for reliable and experienced Snow Plow Operators to join our winter operations team. We provide commercial snow and ice management services throughout Calgary and are looking for operators who take pride in safe, efficient, and professional work. Responsibilities * Operate heavy equipment and snow-removal equipment safely and efficiently. * Operate tractors, loaders, skid steers, and/or other snow-removal equipment as assigned. * Plow snow from parking lots, roadways, sidewalks, pathways, and commercial properties. * Apply salt, sand, and other ice-control materials as required. * Complete snow removal and ice-control services according to site requirements. * Conduct daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues or damage. * Follow company safety procedures and site-specific requirements. * Work independently while maintaining communication with supervisors and the winter operations team. * Complete required documentation, time sheets, equipment inspections, and service records. * Maintain a professional attitude when working around clients, customers, pedestrians, and the public. * Assist with additional winter maintenance duties as required. Requirements: * Previous snow removal or heavy equipment operating experience preferred. * Experience operating a tractor, loader, skid steer, or similar equipment is an asset. * Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record. * Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in changing weather conditions. * Strong attention to safety and surroundings. * Reliable transportation to and from work. * Ability to work overnight, early morning, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts when required. * Physically capable of working outdoors in cold and winter conditions. * Good communication and teamwork skills.
