THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL Reporting to the Supervisor, Practitioner Network Operations, the Student - Practitioner Network Operations (PNO) will support provider network administration, recredentialing, provider file management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in healthcare operations, provider compliance, quality assurance, and data analysis while supporting the lifecycle of GreenShield's affiliate provider network. Support provider recredentialing by tracking: contracts, licenses, insurance, training, attestations, and other required documentation. Review, organize, and maintain provider records to ensure files are complete, accurate, current, and audit-ready. Assist with provider communications and follow-up related to credentialing, recredentialing, training, and network engagement. Support data collection, reporting, and analysis related to provider network operations and performance metrics. Contribute to operational improvement projects, process documentation, and automation opportunities. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management abilities. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively. NICE TO HAVE Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems. An interest in healthcare operations, provider credentialing, compliance, quality improvement, or project coordination. Bilingualism in English and French.
