When You Join Our Team, You'll Benefit From The opportunity to lead meaningful capital projects A collaborative and supportive team environment Professional growth and development opportunities Exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies A culture focused on safety, innovation, and continuous improvement Work that makes a real impact on our business and the communities we serve What You'll Do Lead capital projects from concept through commissioning Develop project scopes, technical specifications, budgets, and schedules Support process improvements that enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency Collaborate with operations, maintenance, contractors, and vendors to deliver successful project outcomes Provide technical support and troubleshooting for plant operations Support automation and process control systems, including DCS, PLC, and BMS platforms Contribute to long-term capital planning and engineering studies Maintain engineering documentation, standards, and drawings Ensure projects meet Greenfield's safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering P.Eng. designation with Professional Engineers Ontario Experience managing or supporting industrial engineering and capital projects Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in a chemical, manufacturing, or industrial environment PMP certification Experience with AutoCAD or similar drafting software Experience with process simulation software such as CHEMCAD Total Compensation & Care Competitive salary: $115,000 - $130,000 Comprehensive health and dental benefits Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage Paid sick and personal time Vacation above industry standards Company-funded retirement savings program Learning and development opportunities Meaningful work and opportunities for career growth At Greenfield, people—not AI—make our hiring decisions. Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and a P.Eng. designation with Professional Engineers Ontario. Preferred candidates have 5-7 years of industrial experience and PMP certification.
