Inventory Coordinator | Mississauga, ON Greenhawk Equestrian Sport is hiring a full-time Inventory Coordinator to join our Home Office team in Mississauga. This is a hands-on, mid-management role for someone who enjoys solving problems, finding discrepancies, and making sure inventory records are accurate. You’ll work across our Distribution Centre, retail stores, and e-commerce operations—using inventory data and physically verifying product when needed. What you’ll do: Monitor inventory accuracy across the Distribution Centre and store network Create, track, and complete cycle counts Investigate and help resolve inventory variances Support expiry-date, quality-control, damaged-product, and inventory-adjustment processes Review store and e-commerce orders to support accurate, on-time fulfillment Work with warehouse and Home Office teams on inventory and operational issues Assist with physical inventories and other inventory-control projects What you bring: Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Comfort using Microsoft Office, especially Excel Sound problem-solving skills and curiosity to investigate when numbers do not match Ability to work independently and collaboratively Comfort balancing computer-based work with warehouse activity Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Inventory, warehouse, distribution, or retail experience is an asset—but we are willing to train the right person. Equestrian product knowledge is helpful, not required.
