The Opportunity We are seeking a CPA-designated Manager for our Public Practice to take a lead role in our various engagements, including client’s services, assurance and taxation. Key Responsibilities Lead, prepare, and review complex Review and Audit Engagements. Oversee Compilation engagements and corporate/personal tax returns. Review work prepared by firm associates, provide constructive feedback, and ensure quality deliverables. Maintain strong, trusted client relationships through excellent service and communication. Train and mentor junior staff members on engagement teams. What You Bring Designation: CPA designation in good standing. Experience: 3+ years of experience in a public accounting practice environment. Technical Skills: Strong technical expertise in assurance (review and audit) and ASPE, ASNPO, and PSAB standards. Software Proficiency: Experience with CaseWare, Profile (or similar tax software), CCH iFirm, QuickBooks, and MS Office. Leadership: Confidence working independently and leading engagement teams.
