The Role GrizzlyTrek is seeking a Skid Steer Operator to join our valued client's team on a project near Carnduff, Saskatchewan. This is a temporary position tied to a specific project. If you run a skid steer well, keep a clean and safe work area, and take direction from the site team, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Operate a skid steer to move, load, and place material around the site Grade, level, and clean up work areas, laydown yards, and access routes Use buckets, forks, and other attachments as the work requires Complete a pre-use inspection each shift and report any mechanical issues Work safely around ground crews, other equipment, and truck traffic Take part in tailgate meetings, hazard assessments, and site safety procedures Follow direction from the site supervisor and keep your work area tidy What You Bring Proven experience operating a skid steer on construction or industrial sites Comfortable working with a range of attachments Safe work habits and a clear understanding of working around ground crews and moving equipment Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions CSA approved safety boots and basic PPE Preferred Qualifications H2S Alive, CSTS or CSO, and Standard First Aid Ground Disturbance certification Valid driver's licence Experience on oilfield lease, civil, or pipeline projects Work Environment Outdoor work in all Saskatchewan weather, including heat, cold, wind, and dust Work in and around moving heavy equipment and truck traffic Equipment noise and vibration through the shift PPE required at all times on site What We Offer Temporary, project based work near Carnduff, Saskatchewan Hourly wage of $28.00 Opportunities for overtime based on operational requirements Life insurance: $100,000 employee / $10,000 spouse / $5,000 per child AD&D insurance with critical illness and cancer coverage Extended health care: drugs, hospital, hearing, orthotics, nursing Paramedical services: chiro, physio, massage, mental health (annual coverage) Vision care: glasses, contacts, laser surgery, and exams Dental care: 80% basic ($2,500), 50% major ($2,500), $2,500 ortho for children Travel insurance: up to $5,000,000 per incident (trips up to 90 days) Ongoing training and career development support Apply now at www.grizzlytrekgroup.com Free AI Resume Enhancement Tool | AI Job Assistance available
