This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative professional and people leader who is ready to take on greater responsibility and contribute to the continued growth and operational excellence of GRM. The Opportunity The Administrative Services Manager leads the team, systems, and processes that provide critical administrative support across GRM's operations. Working closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other functional leaders, this position helps ensure our teams have the accurate information, effective systems, and administrative support they need to deliver exceptional service to our clients and partners. What You'll Be Responsible For In this role, you will: Lead, coach and develop the Administrative Services team. Coordinate administrative support across GRM's operations. Oversee work-order administration and operational systems, including GRM Time 2.0 and client portals. Support contract administration, reporting and operational documentation. Monitor administrative and operational KPIs and identify areas requiring follow-up. Oversee contractor compliance administration. Support Procurement with bids, tenders, contractor onboarding and preferred-partner documentation. Work with Finance and Operations to support accurate and timely information required for client invoicing. Develop and improve administrative procedures, workflows and training. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, consistency and service across the organization. Ideally, candidates will have 3-5 years of administrative management or business operations experience, including people leadership.
