Participate in the preparation and assembly of meals by performing duties such as: * Count, weigh and measure ingredients for assigned food production area * Prepare and serves beverages * Prepare vegetable and desserts as per prep schedule * Assemble sandwiches * Portion meal trays and special diet trays as per meal schedule * Load meal carts and prepare for delivery. * Clean carts and trolleys and wash dishes/pots * Maintain storage areas in a clean and orderly manner * Work efficiently and handle all equipment and products safely Performs any reasonable request as assigned or directed by management in a suitable timeframe.
