Job summary
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: You will be representing the company’s image at all times by your actions and demeanor and self-image. Responsible for maintaining proper product distribution to client facilities as per Clients and Compass’s contractual obligations. As a Driver you will: * Deliver Commissary items to scheduled client’s facilities. * Prior to beginning each day’s route, ensure truck/van is properly loaded and vehicle inspections are completed. * Must have a Valid G License, experience driving 16’Cube Truck * Drivers Abstract required - Personal and Commercial * Lifting approx. 50lbs, standing and walking for up to 8hrs * 95% of your time is inside client facilities. * Works well in teams and independently with minimal supervision. * Police Clearance Check required. About you: * A valid G-License and good driving record is required * Strong communication and written skills * Ability to deal with challenging situations * Physically able to carry out duties of position THE HOURLY WAGE RATE FOR THIS POSITION IS $20.00. FINAL COMPENSATION WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON RELEVANT SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, AND INTERNAL EQUITY.
