Serve as the main point of contact for customers, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on orders and complex projects. Work with external sales representatives and internal departments to grow sales, resolve customer issues, identify additional sales opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Oversee factory production and ensure the team has the resources and equipment needed to fulfill garage door orders on time, while communicating daily production challenges and successes. Support human resources activities, manage employee hours and payroll follow-ups, lead workplace health and safety, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Provide customer service and remote assistance to Garex distributors across eastern Canada, including support through the Mon Garex platform. Process quotations and orders for production, answer customer questions, and provide technical support to strengthen professional relationships.

Maintain and implement occupational health and safety programs, support managers with safety compliance and accident investigations, coordinate training, and manage employee health cases and return-to-work processes. Provide broad HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, training, engagement initiatives, and analysis of HR and safety metrics.

The role involves managing the full accounts payable cycle, monthly client billing, and administrative project documentation. Additionally, the position provides administrative support to the estimation, production, HR, and management departments.
