Under the responsibility of the Operations Manager , the building Operator is responsible for the maintenance and proper functioning of the buildings assigned to him. Daily operations of buildings. Manage critical equipment and infrastructure. Perform maintenance and repair of equipment. Be responsible for building operations. Provide excellent customer service. Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of systems, equipment, and buildings. Establish strong tenant / manager relationships for smooth operations. Be the primary contact for tenants to respond to all their requests. Manage incidents, compliance with protocols and standards of the company and the industry, security and the technicians operating the buildings. Ensure systems are maintained or upgraded in accordance with industry best practices and manufacturer’s recommendations to prevent or quickly resolve system failures, thereby avoiding service disruption and loss. Mobile Technician to assist at other sites when needed. Perform all related tasks. Qualifications : Have at least a high school level indiploma. Professional studies certificate building maintenance, an asset. Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position. Requirements
