Based in Montreal and reporting to the Property manager, here are the main responsibilities of your new position as Property service coordinator: Respond to service requests. Assign work orders to Building Technicians and follow up on them. Ensure good communication between the Technician and the Property Manager. Ensure proper deployment of Technicians to buildings. Ensure tenant files in Yardi are complete and up to date. Respond to various tenant requests. Send various letters and communications. Process purchase orders. Process invoices. Manage security permits and incident reports. Manage service contracts as requested by Property Managers. Prepare monthly reports. Collaborate with the Property Manager on tenant satisfaction surveys. Supervise overdue rent collection in collaboration with the Property Manager. Assume responsibility for Junior Property Coordinators during their absence. Provide training and mentoring to Junior Property Coordinators. Perform other related tasks as required. Qualifications: College diploma in office administration. CPM or FMP certification (an asset). Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position, particularly in real estate. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
