YOUR ROLE: Your main responsibilities will include: Preparing and reviewing invoices, and ensure their submission through an electronic platform; Analyzing and resolving issues related to billing; Acting as a point of contact for tracking information requests and producing reports; Monitoring and maintaining accurate records and data within the accounting system; Creating new electronic accounts and managing their updates. SKILLS REQUIRED: Degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; Relevant billing experience within a professional services environment; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French; professional proficiency in English is considered an asset; Proven experience using e-billing platforms, accounting systems, and the Microsoft Office suite; Solid understanding of basic accounting principles; Strong attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and accuracy; Collaborative team player with a positive and cooperative approach; Strong ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized; Strong communication skills and a client-service-oriented approach.
