In this role, you will: * Participate in a variety of corporate transactions (mergers & acquisitions, financings, restructurings, and other strategic operations); * Independently manage certain mandates or components of transactions, including client and stakeholder coordination; * Advise clients on corporate law matters (incorporation, governance, compliance) and negotiate commercial agreements (shareholder agreements, share and asset purchase agreements, partnerships, co-ownership agreements). You bring: * Membership in the Barreau du Québec with approximately 3+ years of experience; * Relevant experience in corporate transactions, commercial law, and restructurings gained at a leading law firm; * Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
