In this role, you will manage a variety of family law matters, from the initial client consultation through to representation before the courts. You will be actively involved in all stages of file management, including drafting pleadings, conducting negotiations, participating in settlement conferences, and appearing before the courts. SKILLS REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Law; Membership in good standing of the Quebec Bar; Approximately 2 to 5 years' experience in family law; Good communication skills, empathy and thoroughness.
