Job summary

Reporting to the Manager of Housekeeping, the Housekeeping Supervisor performs various tasks related to the management of the Housekeeping team using safe work methods. He/she will supervise the work of other members periodically during the shift. In addition, he/she will coordinate and plan the activities of his/her team to ensure the smooth running of the shifts. What You Will Do Supervise the work of the team members by making regular rounds during the shifts and make corrections if necessary; Inspect the premises as well as the lodges and facilities to ensure compliance with the norms and standards of cleanliness in effect; Participate in the management of schedules and planning of shifts. Communicates equipment and maintenance product needs to his/her team; Control and ensure the planning of the inventories of his department; Participate in the training and integration of new employees; Communicate with our suppliers in case of problematic situations; Communicate with our suppliers in case of problematic situations; Ensure the application and respect of the company's policies; Carry out all other related tasks. Profile Required High School Diploma (HSD) ; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs; Knowledge of housekeeping techniques ; Experience in housekeeping supervision; an asset Leadership and organizational skills Ability to solve problems quickly and integrate safe work procedures; Teamwork skills (autonomy, versatility); Physical fitness: ability to work many hours on your feet and ability to lift heavy loads (approximately 50 pounds); Ability to work in a noisy, hot and/or cold outdoor environment.
