Kiosk Supervisor Winnipeg’s one and only thermal spa is hiring for the holiday season! Thermea Spa Village will call three major shopping centres in addition to a seasonal boutique at the spa. home-away-from-home this winter, and we’re looking for two high-achieving leaders to supervise our kiosk teams. Join our team from October until January to discover our winter and wellness wonderland, plus benefit from free spa access for the duration of your employment! Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Regional Manager, Sales & Marketing, the Kiosk Supervisor’s mission is to ensure the smooth operations of Thermea Spa Village temporary kiosks in Winnipeg for the duration of the holiday season. Their main objective is to plan the needs of each location and supply the necessary resources for the gift certificate sales representatives. Responsibilities & Essential Duties: * Train and coach gift certificate sales representatives * Plan work schedules * Assist the Manager in managing inventories, orders, * Act as a resource person for sales representatives (regarding complaints and special requests) * Manage unexpected events and emergencies * Follow the established scripts to respond to the needs of our guests * Identify problems and propose solutions * Prepare reports * Manage the entire sales cycle; take care of needs and close sales * Assist the sales representatives in their tasks * Provide support during interview process of temporary hires * Carry out all other related tasks Requirements: * Highschool diploma or equivalent * Minimum of one year’s experience managing a team of 10 or more people * Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service * Experienced in sales * Access to a vehicle to be able to travel between locations Hours: * Seeking 1 Full-Time supervisor * Variable hours (Monday to Friday, or weekends) * Available from October to January 2027. Salary: $21.50/hour Profile: * Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills * Natural disposition for managing employees in addition to solid leadership skills * Highly organized and possesses a strong work ethic * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Demonstrates good judgement, independence, and the ability to work as part of a team * Available and able to travel quickly between the various kiosk locations. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), in addition to an aptitude for learning new technologies * Excellent communication skills * Resilient in both stressful and ambiguous situations * Possesses a positive, professional, and collaborative attitude * Respects confidentiality and uses discretion * Versatile, self-reliant, detail-oriented, and precise * Demonstrates good initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks * Punctual and reliable * Ability to work in a standing position for many hours * Proven affinity with Thermea’s values * Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment Thermea Spa Village employees are committed to upholding our company values: * Accountability * Commitment * Respect * Integrity * Teamwork To Apply: Please complete our Application Form on our Career page:
