What we need Reporting to the F&B Management Team, the Server’s main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service, serving guests quickly and efficiently by providing an attentive and unobtrusive service in a unique and memorable dining experience. What you’ll do * Greet guests, present menus, answer questions, offer suggestions and take orders; * Provide fast, efficient and courteous service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests; * Prepare and serve beverages, wine and spirits according to established standards; * Prepare invoices and collects payment; * Effectively organize, clean and restock service stations and dining areas; * Perform opening and closing task checklists; * Perform other related duties. Profile needed What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position * High School Diploma; * Minimum of one (1) year of experience in serving required; * Diploma in hospitality, an asset; * Experience with a POS system, an asset; * Knowledge wine characteristics and pairings, an asset; * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to listen to guest needs; * Positive attitude, autonomy, dynamism and detail-oriented; * You genuinely care for the wellbeing of others; * Good physical condition: ability to work long hours on your feet and ability to lift 50lbs (23kg). When You will work a varying schedule which requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings holidays. The server is responsible for providing excellent, attentive customer service to guests while managing dining operations efficiently. Duties include taking orders, serving beverages, processing payments, and maintaining the cleanliness of service stations.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of serving experience. The role requires physical capability to work on one's feet and lift up to 50lbs, along with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
