Supervisor, Food & Beverage The food & beverage services at Nordik Spa Village complement and enhance the experience of our guests. With five different dining options (Restö, Panorama Lounge, Mëzz Café, Biërgarden, and Shack), the F&B team extends the wellness ritual into a revitalizing experience. Locally sourced food and beverages, served by attentive artisans, bring the farm-to-table concept to life. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage and coordinate operations across various service points (Restö, Panorama Lounge, Mëzz Café, Biërgarden, and Shack); * Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations, hygiene and sanitation standards, and occupational health & safety laws; * Lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality guest service; * Maintain the health and safety of all employees and guests at all times; * Oversee operations during openings/closings and shift transitions; * Foster an engaging and dynamic work environment where all artisans collaborate towards high performance; * Work closely with department heads to ensure a seamless guest experience; * Ensure all employees adhere to presentation standards (uniforms, personal hygiene, etc.); * Perform other administrative tasks as needed. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED: * Three (3) years of relevant experience in food service as a server or bartender; * Experience as a supervisor or team leader; * Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails (an asset). Requirements

Candidates must have at least three years of relevant experience in food service as a server or bartender, along with prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role. Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails is considered an asset for this position.
