HERE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze production costs, variances, and key performance indicators to support operational efficiency. * Participate in the calculation, monitoring, and optimization of product costing. * Work closely with production teams to understand the factors influencing productivity, waste, and costs. * Prepare financial and operational analyses to support business decision-making. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing operations. * Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports, and analytical tools. * Actively participate in month-end processes, financial forecasting, and budget preparation. * Analyze trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial and operational processes. * Participate in optimization initiatives and system implementation projects in collaboration with corporate and operational teams. * Act as a liaison between Operations and Finance to ensure the accuracy, quality, and relevance of the data being analyzed. DO YOU HAVE THE PROFIL WE’RE LOOKING FOR? * Education: You hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * Experience: You have 3 to 7 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or manufacturing accounting within an organization operating under Canadian accounting standards. * Manufacturing Expertise: You have a solid understanding of manufacturing environments and a strong knowledge of cost accounting and cost structures. * Analytical Skills: You can interpret complex data and transform it into practical, value-added recommendations. * Computer Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Experience with Power BI is considered a strong asset. * Communication Skills: You can effectively communicate financial information and collaborate with non-financial stakeholders across the organization. * Attention to Detail: You are recognized for your accuracy, critical thinking, and structured approach. * Autonomy: You are proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. * Asset: You hold a CPA designation or are actively pursuing one.
