In this role, you will primarily be responsible for managing the overall financial operations of Prelco Belleville and will be responsible for providing accurate and up to date information reports to Prelco head office. If you have a strong foundation in manufacturing environments and cost accounting, you might be the ideal candidate. HERE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Act as a bridge between Operations and Finance by bringing a deep understanding of plant operations and cost structures, along with the ability to convert data into meaningful, actionable insights. * Serve as a critical link between Operations and Finance, enabling informed decision-making through clear and impactful analysis. * Analyze and monitor cost of production while working closely with production teams to understand and improve cost drivers. * Support decision-making with practical, field-based analysis * Translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders * Track operational KPIs: productivity, efficiency, waste, and cost performance * Handle unexpected situations with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset * Establishing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures.
