In this role, you will play a key part in keeping production running efficiently by planning and scheduling of production resources (labor and material), managing ERP-driven workflows, and partnering with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery commitments. HERE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term production plans and schedules to support customer and operational requirements * Assess labour, material, and production capacity requirements to ensure efficient resource utilization and on-time delivery * Analyze forecasts, demand, and production constraints to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions * Collaborate with Production, Sales, Purchasing, and Management teams to align schedules, priorities, and resources * Provide accurate lead times and achievable delivery dates to support customer quotations and order commitments * Create, review, release, and maintain production jobs and sales orders within the ERP system * Monitor production progress and coordinate schedule adjustments to address changing priorities and delivery challenges * Maintain accurate planning data, documentation, and reporting while ensuring ERP system integrity * Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, workflow efficiency, and overall operational performance * Support cross-functional activities and operational initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
