**NOTE - this is a 12 month contract with full benefits and the potential to become permanent!** The Role Working out of our Edmonton office, and reporting dually to our Controller and our Head of Rebates / Office Manager, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Beverage Equipment Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for beverage equipment management as well as providing support to the Controller and Rebates Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for ensuring high-quality service to our members and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, including tracking serial numbers, maintenance history, and spare parts Complete and update PPSA registrations with applicable provincial bodies Monitor stock levels of essential parts and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment to prevent operational disruptions Document maintenance procedures and updates, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies Point of contact for beverage equipment and service questions Track and monitor sales for performance against established metrics to assure usage is to par levels, taking corrective measures where needed Facilitate the creation and implementation of contracts and agreements for customers Background, Experience and Qualifications Organized and able to prioritize and manage several tasks at once Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in the Foodservice and/or Hospitality Industry an asset Knowledge of equipment registration and PPSA’s is considered an asset Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Proficient with the Word and Excel components of Microsoft Office A positive, can-do attitude Enjoys working with a fun and collaborative team Why Work at Groupex?
