WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Grain Handling: Load/unload trucks, operate grain dryers, receive and grade grain. * Equipment Operation: Use forklifts, bobcats, trucks, and automated systems. * Maintenance: Perform routine checks, repairs, and upkeep of machinery and facilities. * Inventory & Records: Conduct monthly silo inventory, manage scale weights and paperwork. * Facility Care: Maintain elevator, grounds, and warehouse; assist with silo cleanouts.
